Respite Solutions' Jennifer and Jeff Zeman are uniquely qualified to offer assistance finding qualified
Direct Support Providers.
Jennifer's Qualifications-
- She has hired and trained numerous PSWs/ DSPs
- 5+ years of experience understanding Oregon's K-Plan
- She has 20 years of successful business experience
- Over 15 years experience raising three children, including a child with special needs
- Friendly, warm, caring, and likes to help!
Jeff's Qualifications-
- Masters Degree in Teaching Special Education
- Over 25 years teaching experience; 15 years Certified in High School Special Education
- Over 15 years experience raising three children, including a child with special needs
- Extensive experience working with families of children with disabilities and the IEP process
Vision
Respite Solutions exists to help Individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, by expanding their support network; allowing the families to persevere, and the Individuals to grow towards maximum independence.
Respite Solution's vision is to help families gain as much support as they need, by connecting DSPs, with Individuals with developmental challenges. The Individual(s) benefit by gaining companionship and needed life-skills assistance and training from the DSP...and the family benefits by receiving needed
respite care.
